In your role as a Werkstudent (Mensch) Active Sourcing & Talent Acquisition, you are an essential part of our Talent Acquisition Team and support us in finding the best minds for our group. Talent scouting: For our diverse advertised positions, you proactively identify suitable talents on relevant platforms and networks. Network building: You approach interesting candidates, inspire them to join us, and organize further interview steps. Strategy & data: In regular exchange with your team, you optimize our search strategies, analyze, and discover new ways to approach potential employees. Employer branding: You help to actively strengthen our employer brand and make it visible on social media.
