Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Medical Oncology

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Medical Oncology Froedtert South Medical Group is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a growing Medical Oncology practice. The role will be based in the Cancer Center Clinic and requires a minimum of 80 scheduled hours in any two‑week period. Responsibilities : Direct patient care in the clinic setting Handle all aspects of treatment plans Review and evaluate test results Complete medical documentation Conduct patient follow‑up calls under physician supervision Qualifications and Skills : Education : Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies or Master’s/Doctorate in Nurse Practitioner Studies Training : Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program (ARC‑PA) or an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program (NLNAC/CCNE) Certification : NCCPA or equivalent national certification by ANCC License : Current Physician Assistant license in Wisconsin or a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license in Wisconsin Benefits : Latest equipment for treatment State‑of‑the‑art Cancer Center Infusion services linked with an acute care hospital Affiliation with Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Network Supportive administrative team Collaborative medical staff Froedtert South is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
