HR Business Partner

Century Group is in search of an experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to join a team in Houston, TX. Qualified candidates with 1-3+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $65,000 to $85,000 per year.


Job Duties:

• Oversee various administrative functions related to employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding, including entering and maintaining data in HR systems while ensuring data accuracy and compliance through regular audits.
• Provide translation services as needed for HR-related documents.
• Support the recruitment and staffing process from start to finish.
• Coordinate and manage the smooth integration of new hires into the company.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR administrative queries and provide assistance as required.
• Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly support to employees seeking HR-related information.
• Assist in the annual benefits enrollment period, ensuring a smooth process for all employees.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing and record-keeping.
• Help interpret and communicate policies outlined in the employee handbook and organizational chart, while contributing to the creation and revision of HR policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the HR leadership.

• 1-3 years of experience working in Human Resources, with preference for experience in the construction industry.
• Bilingual
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR platforms such as Viewpoint and Bamboo, and other HR-related tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated reliability, with a strong focus on maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Capability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing demands.
• Experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality work.
