CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding)
• Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate care
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist with transfers and ambulation
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio STNA/CNA certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
