• Document patient care and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• Must be a certified nursing assistant with a valid certification.
• Previous experience in a home health or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
