FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Job Overview Floor Technician – full‑time, Arkansas Children’s Northwest, 2601 South 56th Street, Springdale, AR 72762. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full‑time 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, rotating weekends. Days may vary – further details upon interview. Fixed pay rate $15.50 per hour. Qualifications Prior floor care and cleaning technology experience required. Experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred. Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required. Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and apply procedures including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning and buffing. Operate industrial floor care equipment and automated cleaning equipment for large floor surfaces. Clean carpet and upholstery using proper procedures (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming). Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
