Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 – $74,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards Assist team member training, monitor their performance while keeping open communication for corrections needed Support and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment for hourly team members, promoting teamwork, engagement, and morale on every shift Assist with administrative tasks More about you Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial position in a high volume, upscale casual concept ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification preferred but not mandatory Strong financial and computer skills; experience working with and understanding P&Ls and developing and managing budgets, as well as Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and point-of-sale systems Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs No degree required Shift details Days Evenings Holidays Weekends 10hr shift Events #J-18808-Ljbffr
