We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team and ensure projects move smoothly from scheduling through completion. What You’ll Do Coordinate schedules and appointments for Project Managers Confirm homeowner appointments and maintain communication throughout the project process Manage customer records and project information within company systems Create and maintain project files, order summaries, and documentation Process permits, approvals, and other project-related paperwork Update project statuses and generate reports as needed Transfer appointments between scheduling platforms Coordinate job site visits and project meetings Manage Project Manager calendars, including time-off requests and schedule adjustments Complete work orders and maintain accurate records Assist with special projects and process improvements Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience Participate in an after-hours scheduling rotation Qualifications Required 2+ years of administrative, scheduling, project coordination, or customer service experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience in construction, home improvement, project management, or service operations Scheduling or dispatching experience CRM experience Benefits Health & Wellness Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions Financial Benefits 401(k) with company match Annual bonus opportunities Time Off Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Additional Perks Employee product discounts Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Why Join Us?
