Job Description:
Join our team as an Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology Ambulatory Care. This position involves providing comprehensive support to cancer patients across various specialized services, including psychosocial oncology, oncology rehabilitation, fertility preservation and reproductive consultation, integrative oncology, survivorship care, and adolescent and young adult services. The role requires 2 years of experience, with BLS certification, and familiarity with EPIC documentation system.


Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret laboratory results and perform medication reconciliation
• Conduct patient health assessments, including questionnaires and vital signs
• Set up and assist with procedures such as dressing changes and sterile tray setups
• Collect specimens including capillary, throat swabs, urine, and perform venipuncture/Phlebotomy
• Handle office duties such as pharmacy calls, patient refill requests, and telephone triage

Required Certifications:

• BLS

Work Environment:
