Process administrative tasks and patient documentation. Support the day-to-day operation. Skills & Experience Required Excellent computer literacy and confidence using technology. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and spreadsheets. Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous customer service, administration, or data entry experience is desirable.
