Category Management AnalystIn the role of Category Management Analyst working in Chicago, IL you will be part of the Molson Coors Commercial team. This person will design category solutions in collaboration with Category Insight Executives to drive commercial effectiveness aligned to our channel strategies. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Category Solutions and works closely with America's Commercial Accelerator and National Account Convenience teams.What You'll Be Brewing:Provides critical insights and analytical support with the Category Insight & Chain teams to drive the customer's beer category & capturing a disproportionate share of growthProvide understanding of category, channel, and shopper insights to sales teams through syndicated & internal data and how that aligns with retailer's strategy & business goalsGeneral performance reporting – to track, measure, and communicate resultsKey Ingredients:You love a challenge. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $69,800.00 - $91,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
