We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a highly respected and collaborative pediatric anesthesia team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a 100% pediatric environment while enjoying excellent professional support and an outstanding quality of life.

Practice Highlights:

• 100% pediatric anesthesia practice
• Approximately 16,000 anesthetics performed annually
• Wide variety of surgical cases (all service lines except burns and transplants)
• Medical direction model: 2:1
• Broad mix of routine and complex pediatric cases
• Collaborative team of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, advanced practice providers, and pediatric subspecialty surgeons
• Strong culture of mentorship, communication, and shared decision-making

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary at $325,000
• $25,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Qualifications:

• Active or eligibility for California CRNA license
• Active California RN license
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
