Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a highly respected and collaborative pediatric anesthesia team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a 100% pediatric environment while enjoying excellent professional support and an outstanding quality of life.
Practice Highlights:
- 100% pediatric anesthesia practice
- Approximately 16,000 anesthetics performed annually
- Wide variety of surgical cases (all service lines except burns and transplants)
- Medical direction model: 2:1
- Broad mix of routine and complex pediatric cases
- Collaborative team of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, advanced practice providers, and pediatric subspecialty surgeons
- Strong culture of mentorship, communication, and shared decision-making
- Emphasis on safety, education, and professional development
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary at $325,000
- $25,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Qualifications:
- Active or eligibility for California CRNA license
- Active California RN license
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- Passion for pediatric, patient-centered care
