We are seeking a Full-Time Endodontist to join a thriving, referral-driven practice in Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas . This is an exceptional opportunity for a provider who wants to step into a high-production environment with cutting-edge technology, strong clinical support, and a consistent flow of cases.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4–5 days/week
Volume: 7–8 treatments per day + consults
Patient Base: Strong referral network with steady case flow
Support: Dedicated endodontic team trained for specialty workflows
Payor Mix: PPO & Fee-for-Service

Compensation & Benefits

$1,750 Daily Guarantee (first 3 months, 6+ hours) or % of collections — whichever is higher
Strong % of Collections with high production upside
Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance Available

Ideal Candidate

DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Completion of an Endodontic Residency
Active or eligible Colorado dental license
1–2+ years of experience preferred (open to strong new grads)
Comfortable with:
- Root canal therapy
- Retreatments
- Apicoectomies
- Diagnostics & consults
Outgoing, relationship-driven provider who thrives in a referral-based model
