Wire Harness Assembler

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00/hr Contract-to-Hire | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Whether you're experienced with wire harness assembly, cable assembly, soldering, crimping, or blueprint reading, this role offers stable work, competitive pay, and the chance to build products used in critical applications.

• Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electrical components to engineering specifications
• Perform soldering, crimping, wire termination, and connector installation
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and assembly drawings
• Cut, strip, and prepare wire and cable materials
• Install labels, heat shrink, ty-wraps, and related hardware
• Use hand tools, stripping machines, and assembly fixtures
• Complete production documentation and maintain quality records
• Follow IPC and manufacturing workmanship standards
• Support a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment

• Previous wire harness, cable assembly, electronic assembly, or electromechanical assembly experience
• Experience with soldering and crimping
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Familiarity with IPC-620, IPC-610, or related industry standards is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a production environment and meet delivery goals

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
