American Traveler is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Worcester, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Apr 27, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Details Level 1 trauma center with high acuity patient population Cross‑campus coverage required, including University, Memorial, and Marlborough campuses Marlborough campus hours are 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Night shift: 3x12‑hour shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required 13‑week contract Requirements Active MA Respiratory Therapist license required prior to consideration Minimum 3 years of respiratory therapy experience Previous critical care experience required Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS Must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate 2 professional references required for consideration, at least one of which must be from a Nurse Manager or higher Additional Information Candidates must pass a Pass/Fail EKG test Prior disciplinary actions on a respiratory or nursing license may affect eligibility for this position Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
