True Heating & Cooling in Westminster, CO is searching for an experienced HVAC installer who is ready to advance their career in a lead role. Our Lead HVAC Installation Technician helps install heating and air conditioning systems while also guiding a small team of HVAC installers toward success. REQUIREMENTS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
- 2+ years of industry experience
- NATE certification
- Willingness to continue your education in the heating and cooling field
- Understanding of the advanced principles of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration
