Delivery Specialist - Hub

Compensation Pay Range: $16.50 – $24.50 per hour. Additional hourly compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Responsibilities Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to O’Reilly stores and distribution center. Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on the assigned route. Deliver items to the appropriate store and maintain a daily city route manifest. Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle keys, and vehicle secure at all times. Use accident report guidelines and report any incidents to the store manager immediately. Ensure designated team members at each store verify invoices and sign the route manifest. Maintain deliveries according to the set schedule and report delays to the city delivery supervisor and remaining stops. Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations. Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management. Clock in and out according to company policy. Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage prior to operating the vehicle each day. Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to the store manager. Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock, and secure the vehicle at the end of the day’s business. Drive safely and defensively. Qualifications Legal state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements. Driving record must meet the standard set in the company’s 14/18-point record system. Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
