Creative Testing Solutions in St. Louis is looking for a Clinical Laboratory Specialist Lead to perform routine testing of biological specimens. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related science and at least 1 year of clinical laboratory experience, including workflow coordination. The successful candidate will also train and mentor staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and support quality assessments.
