Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner Franklin Park Nj Full-Time$75–$85/hour (based on experience) Performance & productivity bonus opportunities Health Insurance Malpractice Insurance Full-time, stable schedule Modern facility with on-site diagnostics Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to work alongside experienced Emergency Medicine providersEvaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics Perform comprehensive urgent care examinations Order and interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, EKGs, and other diagnostic studies Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications Perform common urgent care procedures, including suturing, laceration repair, incision & drainage (I&D), splinting, and wound care Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care Collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical team to provide outstanding patient careGraduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Active New Jersey PA or NP license Prior Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience strongly preferred Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan Experience performing urgent care procedures, including suturing and I&D Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
