Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical services. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, demonstrate impeccable judgement, and have a genuine commitment to improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including taking medical histories and conducting physical examinations. Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare personnel. Interpret diagnostic tests, results, and follow up with appropriate actions or referrals. Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in patient records. Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on medical advancements and regulatory changes. Actively engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop comprehensive care strategies. Qualifications: Pain or spine experience preferred Board Certified A graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program License(s): APN, Prescriptive Authority, DEA, CSR Not Excluded from Medicare or Medicaid Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana. Previous experience preferred, pain management and/or medication management preferred Strong clinical background, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Must have excellent multi-tasking, organizational and computer skills Why Join Our Team?
