School Speech Language Pathologist

Overview School Speech Language Pathologist position at Ivy Rehab Network, Inc., located in Wilmington, North Carolina. This outpatient pediatric clinician role involves working with children from birth to age twenty‑one, providing individualized, one‑to‑one care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Deliver individualized speech, language, and swallowing therapy to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings for the 2026/2027 school year beginning in August. Develop and implement individualized care plans, document progress, and communicate with parents and caregivers to support home practice. Collaborate with other SLPs, PTs, and OTs within the school setting. Provide mentorship and peer support for professional growth. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program. Current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina. Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care. Compensation & Benefits Estimated salary $80,000‑$85,000 plus mileage reimbursement.
