Description Team Fishel , the Best Choice in Utility Construction, is hiring CDL-A Drivers / Laborers for our Raleigh, NC based operation. A CDL-A Driver at Team Fishel is a critical member of our Team that safely delivers materials and equipment while assisting the crew in completing the project safely, on time, and meeting the customer specifications for quality. Responsibilities
- Safely operates company vehicles to deliver materials, tools, and equipment
- Follows DOT regulations and Team Fishel safety guidelines
- Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor
- Handle physically demanding construction duties in an outdoor environment
- Assist crew members in placing underground pipes, conduits, shovel work, and in the operation of power tools
- Valid CDL-A license
- 18 years old with High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Meet all DOT requirements (including physical and drug testing) to drive commercial vehicles
- Regional travel required
- Occasional extended travel required (Per Diem paid for all out-of-town projects)
- Tanker and air brake endorsements are desirable
