We are looking for reliable & compassionate people who want to grow their career in the home health care field, by providing non-medical care in the client’s home. Our caregivers make a positive impact in the lives of seniors by ensuring their safety and promoting their independence. We offer full and part-time, flexible schedules along with a supportive company environment. Responsibilities Providing companionship and conversation Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing and bathroom assistance Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing Planning and preparing meals Providing medication reminders Providing transportation to and from appointments Helping family members learn how to provide a safe environment for their loved one Qualifications Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect & a strong work ethic Must have or willing to obtain negative TB test results HCA Registry Number (if available – not required to apply) Strict adherence to all state regulations and standards as a home care aid Valid driver’s license & auto insurance, reliable transportation Must pass a criminal background check and must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Experience caring for patients with dementia and senior care, a plus!
