This position involves conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiating favorable terms to secure the best deals. The associate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors and monitoring market trends to make informed purchasing decisions. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with various departments to understand their vehicle requirements and ensure timely delivery. Ultimately, the Customer Service Representative contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of our fleet management by ensuring that we have the right vehicles at the right time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer service inquiries, providing general business information, inventory details, and guidance on company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the procurement process and contribute to cost-saving strategies.
