We provide long- and short-term care, rehabilitation, and respite services in a safe, welcoming space. Our facility features: Spacious private rooms with en-suite bathrooms Expansive common areas for social engagement A wide variety of activities to support emotional and social well-being State-of-the-art equipment and therapy spaces A collaborative team culture supported by PACS Services, allowing us to focus on what matters most—our residents Your Role as a COTA As a COTA at Las Colinas, you'll work under the guidance of our licensed Occupational Therapists to: Deliver individualized therapy sessions that promote independence and recovery Assist residents with therapeutic activities to improve mobility and daily living skills Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans Bring creativity, empathy, and energy to every session What We're Looking For Valid COTA certification and California licensure A heart for service and a passion for helping others thrive Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus!
