Retail Sales Lead — Elevate Customer Experience

LOFT in Destin, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and support the store team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed. You will onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, drive a customer-focused environment, coach associates, and use available tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.
