Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay Rate: $25/hr Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway for hire) Schedule: 8:00am–5:00pm

What You'll Do

• Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Perform specimen processing and follow both clinical and forensic collection procedures
• Verify patient demographic information and obtain patient signatures to ensure proper specimen labeling
• Maintain accurate records and documentation according to company standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining procedures and building patient confidence
• Support coverage across multiple locations based on business needs

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong phlebotomy skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Prior Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel between sites as needed
• Keyboarding/data entry proficiency
• Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
