Housekeeping StaffWe are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team. The Housekeeping staff is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities of housekeeping as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.Key Responsibilities:Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other public areas.Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols.Properly use and maintain cleaning products and equipment.Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus but not required.Working knowledge and proper use of cleaning products and equipment.Basic understanding of infection control protocols.Customer service-oriented attitude.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Benefits:Competitive payComprehensive health, dental and vision benefitsSupplemental AFLAC productsMatching 401k planPaid Time Off (PTO)Shift: 7am-3pm, Schedule is 4 days on 2 days offEqual Opportunity Employer: We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
