This is a key clinical leadership role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.About the RoleIn this position, you will use your clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to coordinate care, manage MDS assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting optimal outcomes for our residents.
