Maintain in‑depth knowledge of all in‑inventory vehicles. Nurture leads in the sales pipeline and convert them into loyal customers. Record and maintain accurate reporting in the company CRM. Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods. Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills, including proper phone etiquette. Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required.
