• Weekly Estimated Pay: $840 - $890

• Setting: Long-Term Care Facility (nursing home, skilled nursing)
• Contract Duration: 11 weeks (May 1, 2026 - July 15, 2026)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: 12 Hour Nights (19:00 - 07:30) - night shift LPN
• Schedule: Every other weekend off rotation

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in West Virginia
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting
• Experience working night shift and availability for every other weekend
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
• Demonstrated ability to administer medications and document care accurately
• Commitment to compassionate care and maintaining resident safety

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document administration per policy
• Monitor, assess, and document resident condition, vital signs, and response to care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (RNs, CNAs, therapists, social services) to support resident outcomes
• Assist and support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment for residents and staff
