This assignment may float between two Labor & Delivery units, giving travelers exposure to multiple facilities within the health system.

Responsibilities include:

• Caring for laboring, delivering, postpartum, and high-risk OB patients
• Performing comprehensive maternal and fetal assessments
• Monitoring fetal heart tracings and responding to changes in patient condition
• Assisting with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Educating patients and families throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
• Collaborating with physicians, anesthesia, neonatal teams, and support staff to ensure safe, quality patient care
