Brand Ambassador

Your Role Key responsibilities include: Generating leads at events such as festivals, farmers markets, sporting events, and local retail locations like Walmart and Ace Hardware. Scheduling appointments to maximize earnings. Engaging in conversations with ease, overcoming objections, and maintaining a positive attitude. Traveling to various locations in the Columbia area with setup materials. Executing setup and breakdown of event materials. About You The company is looking for: Dependable and reliable individuals. Availability on weekends. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of transporting event materials. Ability to navigate simple technology such as smartphones and computers. Ability to maintain high energy and a positive attitude. No experience required, though customer service, sales, or marketing experience is a plus. A desire to learn, grow, and connect with people. Compensation & Benefits $17/hour base pay plus a lucrative commission structure, with average earnings between $25-$35 per hour. Uncapped bonus opportunities. Paid training. Renewal by Andersen gear. Free entry to events worked. Mileage reimbursement for travel outside a certain radius. Seasoned management support.
