Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join its Women's Health program in Northwest Ohio.

Summary:

\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of CNM experience preferred
\n
• Weekdays: Two 8-hour clinic days and one 24-hour call day with OB Hospitalist support
\n
• Weekends: 1:4 call rotation (Friday/Saturday) with Sunday answering service coverage from home during assigned weekends
\n
• Current AMCB certification required
\n
• Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations preferred
\n
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-based model
\n

Compensation:

\n

\n
• Base Salary: $140,000-$145,000 (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
\n
• wRVU Productivity Bonus: $26.00 per wRVU (no cap)
\n
• Signing Bonus: $5,000
\n
• CME / Board Certification Allowance: $3,500
\n

• Deliveries at Blanchard Valley Hospital , located off I-75 (~ 45 minutes south of Toledo)

• Established, high-volume OB practice with experienced providers
\n
• 24/7 in-house OB hospitalist and pediatric hospitalist services
\n
• Level II Special Care Nursery (32+ weeks)
\n
• Strong administrative and operational support
\n
• Flexible scheduling and a supportive practice environment
