About the Role
How you will contribute:
- Perform cycle counts as per the daily requirements and investigate discrepancies as they arise.
- Operate strictly to Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a "Right First Time" product to the customer.
- Assist in follow up of customer concerns.
- Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
- Deliver required throughput rate to support customer requirements.
- Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site.
- Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
- Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to customer requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Key Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Prior Forklift Certification. Able to work with diverse group of people and be a team player. Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure. Willingness to undergo additional training to meet developing and changing business needs.
