RN/LPN Wound Care Nurse We are searching for an experienced Wound Care Nurse who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose of this role is to maintain skin integrity, administer physician-prescribed treatments, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards. Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
