Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities The community located in Middletown, RI is seeking a dynamic Assistant Property Manager to join their excellent management team and help manage office operations and subsidy program requirements. The work hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. There are 150 units that are senior housing and assisted living. Responsibilities include annual and interim recertifications, leasing, waitlist management, agency audits, unit and common area inspections, and resident relations.
