You'll lead by example, creating a warm, inclusive environment where staff, parents, and children feel valued and respected. Your top priority? Ensuring safety, health, and well-being through clear protocols and hands-on leadership. You'll drive enrollment growth, craft engaging activities that spark curiosity and a love of learning, and manage the day-to-day demands of running your school with confidence and pride. Supported by a dedicated team, you'll steer your center toward success while nurturing the growth of children and educators alike.
