About the role We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect with 10+ years of experience designing and delivering scalable SaaS, software, and AI platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can architect distributed systems, own reliability end-to-end, partner closely with clients, and deliver real-world AI solutions from discovery through production. What you'll do Be the go-to technical expert for enterprise clients during pre-sales, onboarding, and solution design. Translate complex, ambiguous client requirements into clear, elegant AI-powered solution architectures on top of the Zingly platform. Design Voice AI and Digital AI solutions that transform how customers interact with brands — across channels, before and after the sale. Architect integrations between Zingly and clients’ core systems: CRM platforms, core banking systems, airline customer service platforms, ERP, ticketing, and more. Own the technical relationship with client stakeholders — from IT architects and security teams to product owners and C-suite sponsors. Partner with Zingly’s product and engineering teams to feed real-world client needs back into the platform roadmap. Build reusable solution blueprints, reference architectures, and integration patterns that scale across industries. Support pre-sales efforts with demos, technical proposals, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept builds. What we're looking for You're as comfortable in a client workshop uncovering requirements as you are designing a multi-system integration architecture. You think in systems — and you can explain those systems clearly to a VP of Engineering and a business stakeholder in the same breath. You ship and prototype fast: you don't wait for perfect specs to start building. Startup-minded: resourceful, adaptable, energized by ambiguity, and never afraid to challenge the status quo. A natural collaborator who earns trust quickly — with clients and teammates alike. Passionate about AI and what it can do for real people in real customer interactions. Nice to have Experience with contact center, CX, or CCaaS platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9, etc.). Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning workflows. Previous experience at a company that has gone from Series B to Series C or beyond. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action — you ship, then refine.
