Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time | Iowa

We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support individuals and families in overcoming life’s challenges through effective counseling.

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapy sessions for individuals and families to foster emotional well-being.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address mental health concerns.
Conduct client assessments and gather social histories to guide therapy approaches.
Educate clients and families on mental health resources and treatment strategies.
Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
Active LMFT license in Iowa.
Experience working with diverse populations.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
