As a Kitchen Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in preparing the kitchen for successful daily operations. This position supports kitchen readiness through chicken prep responsibilities, machine maintenance, sanitation, and operational support tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, and taking ownership of their responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact

• Prepare and organize chicken product for daily kitchen operations
• Restock thaw cabinets and support kitchen readiness
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and food-safe workspaces
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and machines
• Perform boil-outs, filter scraping, and deep-cleaning procedures
• Support operational excellence through urgency and attention to detail
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the kitchen team
• Help create a smooth and efficient kitchen environment
• Contribute to a positive, high-accountability team culture
• Upper management and leadership opportunities including Team Leader, Assistant Director and Director

Background Profile

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to lift 36-40 lbs consistently (required)
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Team-oriented and coachable
• Available: 7:00/8:00am to 4:00pm
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Able to maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards
• High character and integrity
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
