Merchant Integration Program Manager

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Merchant Integrations Program Manager to work for one of our top global tech clients! This role will manage both existing and new merchant partnerships, owning implementation from initial scoping through launch and optimization, while driving initiatives that increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue. Pay: $32-$34/hr. depending on experience Location: Remote- US Key Responsibilities: Merchant Loyalty Integrations & Launch Management Own end-to-end implementation of merchant loyalty programs from scoping through go-live Manage a portfolio of merchants with active loyalty programs, as well as new integration pipelines Coordinate technical and operational workstreams (APIs, middleware, dependencies) to ensure successful launches Partner with merchants and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and readiness Program Growth & Optimization Drive initiatives to increase loyalty enrollment, engagement, and repeat purchases Test and launch new redemption experiences and promotional strategies Run experiments to measure incremental impact on revenue and customer retention Track and analyze KPIs to optimize performance and inform strategy Cross-Functional Program Management Act as a liaison between Sales, Strategy & Ops, Product, and Engineering Translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across teams Ensure alignment and prioritization of merchant and business needs Monitor program performance and provide data-driven insights Evaluate partnership impact, scalability, and ROI Identify process gaps and implement improvements to scale operations Support ongoing product and integration enhancements Required 3–6+ years in Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or Consulting Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with Product & Engineering teams Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams Experience working with external partners or enterprise stakeholders Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Preferred Experience in marketplace, eCommerce, or loyalty/rewards programs Exposure to product launches, integrations, or experimentation frameworks Familiarity with APIs, product requirements, or technical workflows Experience with AI tools or technical platforms (e.g., Cursor, Claude) Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
