Maintenance Manager

Ready to lead a high-performing maintenance team? We're seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations, drive TPM and continuous improvement, and develop a skilled technical team. Schedule: First shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (occasional weekends as needed) Salary: $120,000–$130,000 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing (required) Knowledge of food production machinery, including electrical, mechanical, controls, and electronics Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred) Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and CMMS (SAP PM is a plus) salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Five years or more in a technical management or supervisory role within food manufacturing industry is required. Knowledge of electronics, controls, mechanical and electrical components found in food manufacturing machinery as well as proper safety standards for food production equipment. Experience in creating, executing, and monitoring manufacturing technical standards and procedures. Knowledge of lean and six sigma techniques and tools are an asset. Experience in the use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to successfully run a maintenance department; knowledge in SAP Plant Maintenance a plus. Demonstrated problem solving, leadership, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and maintenance management software.
