Inventory Specialist

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm. Weekend availability is required. $18.00 Per hour + quarterly bonus opportunities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Support warehouse operations as well as any administrative tasks to meet quality and productivity metrics supporting overall business needs. Assist teams to ensure timely product movement, availability and disposition according to process Confirm and support all required shipping and receiving protocols Monitor and update applicable software programs as needed Maintains inventory accuracy by researching and performing follow‑ups when discrepancies arise Troubleshoots issues related to office management, including telephony, computers, printers, and facilities. Performs miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned by department and management. Collaborate pro‑actively and successfully across departmental boundaries. On a daily basis operate in compliance with Federal, State and Local authorities. OTHER FUNCTIONS Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Skills/knowledge : Basic knowledge of supply chain integration, logistics network and warehouse best practices. Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to navigate and root cause opportunities to seek resolution. Strong ability to handle ambiguity and adapts readily and easily to changes. Strong verbal and written communication, and team facilitations skills. Must be able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to be self‑motivated, work independently and set priorities Experience/education : 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred Physical demands : Bending, sitting, lifting, and standing based on the need of the business. Standing and/or sitting for extended and long periods of time, up to 100% of shift or over time.
