Structures Technician

These positions support aircraft modification work on commercial and large regional aircraft in a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment. Position Overview Structures Technicians will perform modification and installation work on A220, A320, Boeing 737 and ERJ-175 aircraft. Candidates should have previous experience working on commercial or large regional aircraft and must be able to pass both a written and hands-on assessment. These positions offer highly competitive pay using a piece-rate structure per aircraft. Compensation will vary depending on the type of installation or modification performed. Aircraft Platforms A220 A320 Boeing 737 ERJ-175 Required Experience and Qualifications 3+ years of previous experience on commercial or large regional aircraft A&P license strongly preferred but not required Must have a complete set of basic hand tools required to perform assigned duties Must pass a written assessment Must pass a hands-on assessment Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid and current driver's license Must have the ability to obtain an airport badge Must be able to work any shift or schedule required Compensation Highly competitive pay Piece-rate pay structure per aircraft Pay will vary by aircraft based on the type of installation or modification performed Authorization Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
