Human Resources Manager

This role partners with company leadership to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Provide leadership, supervision, and development for Human Resources staff, including assigning work, coaching performance, and ensuring efficient departmental operations. Maintain employee records, licenses, certifications, and personnel files. Support employee relations, engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Coordinate new hire orientation and ongoing employee training. Partner with leaders on performance management, coaching, and corrective action. Assist with payroll, benefits administration, unemployment claims, and compliance. Manage workers' compensation processes, OSHA record-keeping, and return-to-work programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies and procedures. Support hospital leadership with HR guidance and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred. Three years of human resources experience preferred; healthcare experience is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive working relationships. Salary / Wage Range Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
