Director of Social Media

who lives and breathes internet culture, knows what's next before it hits everyone's feed, and can turn fashion moments into viral-worthy content.
We're looking for a social-first leader with a sharp eye for Gen Z culture, Y2K style, emerging trends, and everything happening across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and beyond. You'll own the social vision, shape the brand's digital personality, and build content that gets people talking, sharing, saving, and shopping.
You'll lead a team of Social Managers and Content Creators, bringing big creative energy, a strong point of view, and a data-backed approach to growing an engaged community and driving business results.
What You'll Do

Own the social strategy and define how the brand shows up across every platform.
Stay ahead of the curve on Gen Z culture, fashion, internet trends, viral moments, and emerging creators.
Turn trends, product drops, campaigns, and cultural moments into scroll-stopping, platform-native content.
Lead creative direction for social content, from concepts and hooks to filming, editing, and storytelling.
Build and mentor a team of Social Managers and Content Creators, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
Develop content pillars that balance trend-driven moments, creator content, product storytelling, and brand-building.
Track performance, spot winning formats, and turn insights into strategies that drive engagement, audience growth, and conversion.
Partner with Creative, Influencer, E-commerce, Retail, PR, and Paid Media teams to bring campaigns and brand moments to life.
Experiment constantly with new formats, platform features, and fresh ways to connect with the audience.
What You Bring

8+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or a consumer brand.
3+ years leading and developing social teams and content creators.
A proven track record of growing social channels and building a recognizable, culturally relevant brand presence.
An instinctive understanding of Gen Z, Y2K-inspired fashion, internet culture, and what makes content resonate.
Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, plus YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
A strong creative POV, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to move quickly from trend spotting to execution.
A data-driven mindset with experience translating content performance into real growth.
Experience directing creator-led content and high-volume social production.
A collaborative, hands-on leadership style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-evolving environment.
