ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 and currently have a close-knit team of two team members. I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2003 and was recruited by State Farm in 2014, bringing years of experience and a strong customer-first mindset into agency ownership.

We enjoy staying involved locally and giving back to our community whenever we can. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Shawn Thacker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
