Estimator: Takeoffs, Budgets & Custom Options

Taylor Morrison

Taylor Morrison Inc. is seeking an Estimator in Houston, TX to manage material takeoffs and systems setup accurately for ongoing production. You will work directly with Purchasing Agents to generate accurate purchase orders for standard and custom builds. Preferred candidates will have a 4-year degree in Construction Management or Finance and 1-3 years of estimating experience in the homebuilding industry. Excellent math skills and proficiency in PlanSwift and Excel are essential.
