If you're dedicated to the art of healing touch and exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!The benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, company parties, competitive salary, employee discounts, flexible schedule, free food & snacks, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, and training & development.Responsibilities include performing a variety of therapeutic massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage; delivering consistent, high-quality treatments that align with Woodhouse luxury spa standards; conducting thorough client intake consultations to customize each session to individual needs; maintaining a clean, sanitized, and tranquil treatment room environment between appointments; recommending retail products and additional spa services to enhance the client's wellness journey; collaborating with spa team members to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience; and adhering to all licensing regulations, safety protocols, and spa policies.Requirements include a valid Virginia Massage Therapy license (or ability to obtain one), completed accredited massage therapy program with required training hours, proficiency in multiple massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, etc.), strong client service skills with a warm, professional demeanor, ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, physical stamina to perform multiple treatments per shift, and prior experience in a spa or hospitality setting is a plus.The Woodhouse Day Spa is a nationally recognized luxury day spa brand dedicated to providing guests with a world-class wellness and relaxation experience.
